Visceral Manipulation: is the soft manual massage of internal organs and related structures. Precisely directed gentle manipulations assist the natural inner forces already at work, improving the functioning of individual organs and the harmony of the entire body.
Craniosacral Therapy: is gentle massage that tunes into the rhythm of the nervous system, harmonizing the mind and body to achieve deep relaxation, physical and emotional release. Craniosacral Therapy is often used in conjunction with Visceral Manipulation. Oil is not used and clients may remain clothed.
Rhythmical Massage Therapy: is the application of various warming cyclical stroking patterns with a loving sensitive touch, to relax and balance the etheric/energy body. Rhythmical Massage incorporates plant remedies into treatment through the use of different natural oils and fragrances. Rhythmical Massage is guided by Anthroposophical principles. Client is unclothed and warmly draped, and given a resting period after the massage while the body incorporates the treatment.
